Fatal Buchanan County crash death of Kellen Phillip Beaver – Obituary
Authorities have identified the driver involved in a Buchanan County crash that resulted in significant damage to several grave markers over the weekend.
The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office reported that a 1999 Ford F250 crashed through a cemetery located on the north edge of Quasqueton during the weekend. Photos shared on the sheriff’s office’s Facebook page depict tire tracks crossing over the curb and into the cemetery.
The driver responsible has been named as 21-year-old Kellen Phillip Beaver from North Bend, Nebraska. Beaver faces charges including Operating While Intoxicated/Impaired, Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure to Maintain Proper Speed. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
