Fatal Livonia, Livingston County bicycle crash death of William Eve – Obituary
A cyclist lost his life in Livonia, Livingston County, as identified by sheriff’s deputies on Monday. William Eve, aged 79 and a resident of Livonia, was traveling north on East Lake Road when he collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Big Tree Road shortly before 7:40 a.m. last Saturday, according to an announcement from the sheriff’s office.
Following the collision, Eve was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital via Mercy Flight but succumbed to his injuries later on, deputies confirmed.
Authorities stated that no charges have been filed related to the incident, and there were no additional injuries reported at the scene. The sheriff’s deputies are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic crash.
