Fatal Stockton hit-and-run crash claims life of Terrance Ritzow – Obituary**
The man killed in a hit-and-run accident has been identified by Stockton police as 26-year-old Terrance Ritzow.
The incident took place around 2:55 a.m. on Friday at the intersection of North El Dorado Street and White Slough, near Loch Lomond Park, as reported by the Stockton Police Department.
Ritzow, a local resident, was walking in the vicinity when he was struck by a vehicle that subsequently fled the scene, according to police. He succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
Authorities have yet to provide any details regarding the driver or the vehicle involved.
