The Alameda County medical examiner has named four out of five individuals purportedly slain by a resident of Alameda on July 10.
Alameda authorities suspect Shane Parrish Killian, aged 54, in the shooting of multiple family members.
Identified as victims were William Andrew Killian, 6 years old, Brenda Natali Morales, 36, Miguel Angel Carcamo Ramirez, 70, and Wesley James Killian, 1.
The identity of one victim remains unknown.
Four of the victims succumbed on July 10. The youngest victim, 1-year-old Wesley Killian, passed away from his injuries on Monday.
Shane Killian was taken into custody as a suspect and charged with several offenses, including murder, domestic violence, abuse of an elderly or dependent adult, assault, possession of a deadly weapon, and possession of an illegal firearm. He is also facing multiple aggravated charges.
The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. in the vicinity of 400 Kitty Hawk Road in Alameda. Police reported that Shane Killian’s father-in-law managed to reach a neighbor’s residence and requested them to contact emergency services.
