Fatal Lebanon motorcycle crash death of Joseph Vachon – Obituary
A man from New Hampshire lost his life, and a woman was injured in a motorcycle accident on Thursday morning.
The York County Sheriff’s Office reported receiving a call around 5:20 a.m. on Thursday from a resident on River Road in Lebanon, who discovered a crashed motorcycle and two individuals lying in a nearby field. Deputies arrived to find the driver of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle deceased at the scene.
The driver was later identified as 32-year-old Joseph Vachon from Rochester, New Hampshire.
The passenger, 26-year-old Rhiannon Cooper-Boisvert from Milton, New Hampshire, sustained injuries in the crash and was transported by ambulance to Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire.
The York County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident with help from Windham police and Maine State Police.
