A 25-year-old resident of Perris, Jose Cornejo Casas, was tragically killed in a motorcycle crash involving a car at an intersection in San Jacinto on Thursday morning, as reported by authorities.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the accident occurred around 7:45 a.m. at the intersection of East Seventh and Hewitt streets. The circumstances leading up to the collision have not yet been disclosed.
The driver of the car involved in the accident sustained only minor injuries.
