Fatal Ryan Township car crash death of Peyton Velez – Obituary
State troopers have identified Peyton Velez, a 24-year-old woman from Girardville, as the victim in a recent car accident in Ryan Township.
According to the report, Velez was driving a 2024 Hyundai on State Road when she veered off the road during a left-hand turn and collided with a tree.
The crash occurred around 4 a.m. on July 16. Troopers noted that Velez was severely injured and had used her seatbelt incorrectly.
She was subsequently airlifted to Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest near Allentown for treatment.
