Fatal South Wichita incident claims life of Boyce Ingram – Obituary
Authorities do not suspect foul play following the discovery of a 44-year-old man’s body in South Wichita on Monday.
Police were called at approximately 9:45 p.m. to a report of a possible deceased person in the 1600 block of South Broadway, near Harry. Lt. Donald Moore stated that upon arrival, officers found the body of a man in an alleyway on the southeast corner of the location.
“There are no visible signs of trauma on the body, so we will allow the coroner’s office to conduct their investigation to ascertain what transpired,” Lt. Moore commented.
The deceased was identified on Wednesday as Boyce Ingram of Wichita. While the cause of death has yet to be determined, Capt. Aaron Moses indicated that investigators do not believe Ingram’s death was due to any criminal activity.
