An SUV driver fatally collided with a bicyclist late Sunday night on a highway northwest of the Twin Cities, according to authorities.
The incident took place around 9:20 p.m. on Hwy. 55 at Dempsey Avenue NW. in Maple Lake Township, as reported by the State Patrol.
The victim has been identified as Jaxon Andrew Zuelke, 21, from Maple Lake.
The State Patrol indicated that a 39-year-old man from Howard Lake was traveling westbound on Hwy. 55 when the crash occurred.
