A medical examiner’s report indicates that 19-year-old Noah Presgrove succumbed to “multiple blunt force injuries.”
However, the circumstances surrounding the death of this Oklahoma teenager—discovered by a highway patrol trooper on the roadside, clad only in his shoes on Labor Day 2023—remain unresolved.

The one-page summary, authored by Dr. Leonardo Roquero, lists Noah’s manner of death as “unknown.”
Noah’s brother, Dailen Presgrove, expressed his suspicions of foul play to News Nation. “He was found in the fetal position, covered up with some material,” Dailen recounted.
“There was blood visible through the covering. The arrangement of the body, the tooth, and the shorts—none of it suggests a typical hit-and-run scenario.”
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirmed in September that they were probing Noah’s death as “suspicious,” as reported by KFOR.
Noah, who had plans to join the military after high school, went missing during a prolonged party over the Labor Day weekend. His body was discovered by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper at 6:18 a.m. on September 4, 2023. The medical examiner examined his body the following day and concluded the investigation on April 29.
Noah’s cousin, Avery Poucher, told KSWO, “Even if it was an accident, it’s important to be honest. It’s painful not knowing what happened. Knowing will hurt, but not knowing and constantly wondering is even worse.”
