Fatal Dillon County car crash claims the life of Ricardo Radney – Obituary
DILLON COUNTY, SC – Authorities have identified the man who lost his life in a tragic car accident earlier this month as 28-year-old Ricardo Radney from Florida.
The accident occurred on August 2, at approximately 10:36 a.m., on I-95 North, according to Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley.
Reports from the South Carolina Highway Patrol indicate that Radney was driving when the vehicle veered off the road to the right, struck a culvert, and then collided with a tree. Unfortunately, Radney succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Two passengers who were with him were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently leading the investigation into the incident.
