Fatal North Hollywood car crash death of Analee Rodriguez – Obituary
Analee Rodriguez, 26, was identified Monday as the victim of a multi-vehicle collision on the Hollywood (101) Freeway in North Hollywood.
The incident occurred early Sunday morning when a dark-colored sedan hit a center median near the Vineland Avenue off-ramp, leading to a chain-reaction crash.
The California Highway Patrol reported the accident took place around 4:55 a.m., with paramedics arriving at the scene by 4:56 a.m. Despite the rapid response, no one was transported to the hospital, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner confirmed Rodriguez’s identity later on Monday.
A Sigalert was issued by the CHP at 5:08 a.m., resulting in the closure of the northbound lanes of the freeway for an extended period.
A representative from the medical examiner’s office arrived at the crash site around 5:22 a.m. to handle the investigation.
