Fatal Kansas City shooting death of Chester Brown – Obituary
A shooting early Saturday morning in Kansas City, Missouri, resulted in the death of Chester Brown, 35, and left two others injured.
The incident occurred near 39th Street and Central Street just before 3:30 a.m. Police arriving at the scene found Brown, who was pronounced dead before reaching the hospital.
The other two victims, a man and a woman, sought medical treatment at a nearby hospital and are expected to recover.
Authorities report that the victims were among a group gathered outside a business when the shooting began.
