**Fatal San Antonio shooting death of Sina Chohilly Sobby – Obituary**
In a tragic incident on the morning of August 27, 2024, at the Merida Apartments on the Northeast Side of San Antonio, Sina Chohilly Sobby, 22, was fatally shot by federal agents. The Bexar County Medical Examiner has confirmed his identity.
According to reports, Sobby allegedly pointed a firearm at an agent from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) who was attempting to execute a warrant. The agent responded by shooting, resulting in Sobby’s death at the scene. The nature of the warrant remains undisclosed.
