Baragar was driving a white sedan southbound on Cambell Street at high speeds when he lost control of the vehicle near the intersection with St. Patrick Street. The car flipped and came to a stop resting on its front bumper. Eyewitnesses described the crash as violent, and it prompted a significant response from both firefighters and law enforcement.
