Fatal Coachella shooting death of Isaac Gonzalez – Obituary
An 18-year-old man, Isaac Gonzalez, was fatally shot in Coachella on Wednesday night, as reported by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Calle Rojo and Calle Camacho around 10:30 p.m. after multiple gunshots were reported in the area. This intersection is situated in a residential zone just a block from Cesar Chavez Street, southwest of the city’s center.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered Gonzalez bleeding on the street. Paramedics declared him deceased at the scene, and the coroner confirmed his identity as Isaac Gonzalez of Coachella.
The sheriff’s department is treating Gonzalez’s death as a homicide, but no arrests have been made yet.
