The incident occurred around 10 p.m. at the Cruise Inn Bar on Northland Boulevard. According to police, the shooting stemmed from an argument inside the bar, during which the suspect drew a firearm and fled the scene.
Clark, 37, was found inside the bar with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders transported him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The police are treating this case as a homicide and continue their investigation. Locals reported that the bar is usually crowded on Thursday evenings.
