Fatal San Antonio U-Haul accident claims the life of 25-year-old Ashley Alvarez – Obituary
Ashley Alvarez, 25, has been identified as the woman tragically killed by a U-Haul truck on Saturday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. near the intersection of Remount Drive and Fratt Road in San Antonio.
According to authorities, Alvarez was in the process of loading furniture into the U-Haul when the driver of the vehicle accidentally reversed at a high speed, striking her.
She was rushed to the hospital with severe injuries but sadly did not survive.
As of now, no charges have been filed, and the police are treating the case as an accidental incident. The investigation is ongoing.
