In Logan, Utah, a motorcyclist tragically lost his life after his bike went out of control, causing him to fall into traffic where he was subsequently hit by a vehicle.
The incident occurred shortly after 9:45 p.m. on Monday at 1115 South Main Street, as reported by the Logan Police Department.
Oliva, 36, from Hyrum, was traveling southbound when he lost control of his motorcycle and fell into a travel lane. He was struck by another southbound vehicle.
Despite efforts from medical personnel to revive him, Oliva was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities noted that he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The accident is under investigation.
