Fatal Geary County drowning death of Pvt. Ismael Ouedraogo – Obituary
Authorities have named Pvt. Ismael Ouedraogo, a 29-year-old with the 5/15th Cec-A, as the victim of a drowning incident at Milford State Park on Saturday.
The incident occurred at the south boat ramp and swim beach, where Ouedraogo was found underwater for over ten minutes before bystanders began CPR.
Emergency medical services arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
