The Portland Police Bureau has identified 37-year-old Ryan Stone Zinkand as the victim of a shooting in the Sumner neighborhood. The incident occurred early on Sunday, September 1, at the intersection of Northeast 92nd Avenue and Webster Street, where Zinkand was discovered with gunshot wounds.
Emergency responders found Zinkand injured at the scene, and he was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The cause of death was ruled a homicide due to gunshot wounds.
