Fatal Cullman County motorcycle crash death of Derek L. Humphries – Obituary
Derek L. Humphries, a 36-year-old from Holly Pond, was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Cullman County on Sunday, as reported by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Humphries was riding a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle when he lost control, causing the bike to veer off the road and hit a guardrail. The impact threw him from the motorcycle, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident occurred around 4:40 p.m. on Interstate 65 near mile marker 316, approximately three miles north of Vinemont. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the crkash.
