Donald Arauz Medina dies in fatal San Joaquin County car crash
Fatal San Joaquin County car crash death of Donald Arauz Medina – Obituary.
On Sunday morning, Donald Arauz Medina, 35, of Modesto, lost his life in a tragic car accident south of Tracy in San Joaquin County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 7:34 a.m. on eastbound Highway 132, east of Chrisman Road.
Medina’s sedan collided with a metal guardrail and ended up in a drainage ditch. It appears the incident occurred overnight.
Medina was ejected from the vehicle and was declared dead at the scene by emergency responders before CHP’s arrival.
The involvement of drugs or alcohol in the accident has not yet been determined. The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the deceased.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Tracy CHP at 209-943-8664 and ask for Officer N. Hunter.
