Efrain Andrande Jimenez dies in fatal Delaware County shooting
Fatal Delaware County shooting death of Efrain Andrande Jimenez – Obituary
Delaware County authorities have identified the victim of a recent shooting as 31-year-old Efrain Andrande Jimenez.
The incident occurred in northern Delaware County early on September 8. Police report that Jimenez was allegedly killed by 35-year-old Bruno Vasquez Munguia, who is currently at large and deemed to be armed and dangerous.
The sheriff’s office has released a recording of the 911 call made on the morning of the shooting.
They have urged the public not to approach Munguia but to contact 911 if he is spotted. U.S. Marshals are assisting in the search for Munguia, who has been described as having two new cuts on the right side of his face and a large scar on his right bicep.
Authorities believe he may be in the Columbus area or potentially in Indiana. Munguia faces charges of murder and aggravated murder.
Deputies responded to reports of gunfire on Norton-Waldo Road at approximately 3 a.m. on Sunday.
