Fatal Houston block party shooting death of Breon Stuard – Obituary.
Houston police are actively searching for the individual responsible for a deadly drive-by shooting that occurred during a block party on Saturday, September 14. The tragic event claimed the lives of three people, including 23-year-old Breon Stuard and 24-year-old Jarvis Faultry, while injuring at least six others.
The shooting took place around 2:33 a.m. in the 4900 block of Laura Koppe Road. According to authorities, the driver of a white pickup truck opened fire, and investigators discovered two types of shell casings at the scene, suggesting that two firearms may have been involved.
While the identities of two of the deceased have been confirmed, the third victim has not yet been publicly named. Several of those injured remain in critical condition, and detectives fear some may not survive their wounds.
Detective Kyle Heaverlo urged anyone with information about the shooter to come forward as the investigation continues.
