A collision between a vehicle and a bicyclist on Wednesday night at the intersection of Lynnhaven Parkway and Holland Road in Virginia Beach resulted in the death of 43-year-old Freddie Morales, according to police.
Virginia Beach Police reported that they received the call around 10:25 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Morales had been hit by a vehicle. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle, who remained at the location, sustained minor injuries.
