Fatal London car crash death of Brenda Ellis – Obituary
Middlesex County OPP have confirmed that Brenda Ellis, 58, from Oakville, lost her life in a two-vehicle collision just north of London on Tuesday afternoon. The accident occurred at around 4:19 p.m. on 13 Mile Road, where her BMW collided with a Ford pickup truck at the intersection with Adelaide Road.
Ellis, who was driving the BMW, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup, a 19-year-old from London, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital, where he was later discharged.
The crash prompted road closures along Adelaide Road and 13 Mile Road for several hours while the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators examined the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
