Jessie Bragg dies in fatal Smyth County motorcycle crash
Fatal Smyth County motorcycle crash death of Jessie Bragg – Obituary
A motorcyclist from Shady Spring, West Virginia, tragically passed away in a crash that occurred in Smyth County, Virginia, on Sunday, September 15, 2024. The accident took place around 4 PM at the northbound exit 39 ramp off Interstate 81.
Virginia State Police reported that Jessie Bragg, 33, failed to stop at the stop sign at the end of the ramp, colliding with a car traveling on Route 11. Bragg was transported to Smyth County Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
