Fatal Suffolk shooting death of William Goodman and Demonte Tillery – Obituary
In Suffolk, Virginia, a tragic shooting on September 12 resulted in the deaths of William Goodman and Demonte Tillery, and left three others injured. The incident occurred on East Washington Street. In response, a vigil will be held by SUFF Impact at the Salvation Army Corps & Community Center located at 400 Bank Street on Monday, September 16 at 6 p.m.
William Goodman was the brother of Justin Goodman, the Chaplain of SUFF Impact, while Demonte Tillery was the cousin of Trivelle Gambrell, president of SUFF Impact. The vigil aims to honor the victims and will see attendance from various political, religious, and community leaders.
