The heartbroken family of 22-year-old Alex James Edwards, who lost his life in a tragic accident, has shared their memories of him. The incident occurred on the B4393 near Llandrinio bridge at 7:20 a.m. on Monday, September 16.
In a heartfelt statement, his family described Alex as a “friendly and gentle” person who made a positive impact on everyone he met. Living in Guilsfield, he was an apprentice engineer at Technocover Ltd in Welshpool. His family expressed their deep sorrow, noting that he will be profoundly missed, especially by his mother Bryony, father Steve, sister Katherine, girlfriend Macy, and many friends.
The Dyfed Powys Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and are requesting anyone who was traveling on the B4393 at that time to come forward. They are particularly interested in speaking to drivers with dash cams who may have recorded anything relevant.
