Dakota Bell dies in fatal Richmond shooting
Fatal Richmond shooting death of Dakota Bell – Obituary.
The Madison County Coroner’s office responded to a tragic accident on Wednesday evening. Dakota Bell, 32, from Richmond, lost his life after his electric unicycle was hit by a vehicle around 6:30 PM. According to the Madison County Sheriff’s office, the car was driven by Roberto Waldestram, who received a citation for driving without a valid operator’s license.
The incident took place on Berea Road, near the Okonite plant in Richmond. Emergency services, including Madison County Fire & Rescue and local law enforcement, attended to the scene.
