Fatal Clark County stabbing death of Diane Robinson – Obituary
A man from Washington is facing a murder charge after confessing to fatally stabbing his sister, Diane Robinson. According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a disturbance report on Wednesday night near Northeast 123rd Court and Northeast 74th Street.
The caller had gone to check on 36-year-old Diane, who had been out of contact for several days. Upon arrival, he spoke with her brother, Dwayne Robinson, who resides at the same address. Dwayne allegedly admitted to the caller that he had stabbed Diane.
Law enforcement officers detained the 34-year-old Dwayne and subsequently discovered Diane’s body inside the home. Her official identification is still pending.
Dwayne Robinson has been booked into the Clark County Jail, facing a charge of first-degree murder. The Sheriff’s Office has yet to provide further details regarding the circumstances surrounding the stabbing, and the Major Crimes Unit is actively investigating. Currently, there are no other suspects involved in this case.
