The coroner’s office in St. Tammany Parish has confirmed the identity of the elderly jogger who lost his life in a tragic accident. Ralph Reimer, 74, was hit by a vehicle while jogging in the Money Hill subdivision close to Abita Springs on Monday morning, according to spokesman James Hartman in a press statement. The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office is currently looking into the incident. An autopsy is being performed by the coroner’s office.
