A man was fatally shot in Ellwood City on Thursday evening. The incident took place inside the Ellwood City Forge around 6:30 p.m., as reported by the mayor.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the victim, 36-year-old Timothy Bollman, was discovered deceased at the location after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
The suspect, identified as 31-year-old Timothy Woods, fled the scene on foot but was apprehended shortly afterward by law enforcement.
Woods now faces charges including criminal homicide, carrying firearms without a license, and recklessly endangering another individual. He has been remanded to the Lawrence County Jail.
The investigation is being conducted by state police.
