The Suffolk Police Department has confirmed the identity of the individual found deceased in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue on Wednesday, September 18, as 64-year-old Timothy Jerome Everett, a resident of Suffolk.
Authorities indicate that the circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation and are urging anyone who interacted with Mr. Everett recently to reach out to the police.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 4:25 p.m. on September 18, following reports of a body located in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless form of an adult male. Currently, the exact cause of death has not been determined, and the investigation is ongoing.
