The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has identified 31-year-old Evan Dwellen as the victim who died following a shooting Wednesday night outside a gas station in Moncks Corner. Dwellen passed away Thursday at Trident Medical Center after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the parking lot of Parker’s Kitchen on South Highway 52. Police arrived to find Dwellen with life-threatening injuries, while a second victim sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
