Fatal Woodford County car crash death of Rogelio Rivera Lozada and Lazaro De La Luz Hernandez – Obituary.
Rogelio Rivera Lozada, 26, and Lazaro De La Luz Hernandez, 23, both residents of Secor, Illinois, were identified as the two individuals who tragically lost their lives in a car crash that occurred in Woodford County on Saturday.
According to Woodford County Coroner Tim Ruestman, both men succumbed to blunt force trauma injuries sustained during the accident. The crash took place early Saturday morning in El Paso, Illinois, involving a single vehicle.
Deputies from the Woodford County Sheriff’s Department responded to the crash site, located on U.S. Route 24 at 2500 E. Road.
The incident remains under investigation, and toxicology results are still pending.
