Victor Bautista dies in fatal Adelanto car crash
Fatal Adelanto car crash death of Victor Bautista – Obituary.
Authorities have identified Victor Bautista, a 53-year-old man from Hesperia, as the victim of a deadly two-vehicle collision on Highway 395 in Adelanto. The crash occurred around 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, near Desert Flower Road, according to information from the San Bernardino County coroner’s office.
Bautista was driving a 2003 Mini Cooper southbound when the vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2023 GMC Sierra pickup truck heading north, as reported by the California Highway Patrol.
Tragically, Bautista died at the scene. The driver of the pickup, a 23-year-old man from Idaho, sustained only minor injuries and was treated by medical personnel.
