Joshua Lee-Michael Babb dies in fatal Central Austin motorcycle crash
Fatal Central Austin crash claims the life of Joshua Lee-Michael Babb – Obituary.
Authorities have identified Joshua Lee-Michael Babb, 33, as the motorcyclist who was killed in a collision with a Capital Metro bus in Central Austin on Tuesday. The crash occurred around 7:40 a.m. in the 100 block of East Koenig Lane, near the intersection with Avenue F and close to Airport Boulevard.
Babb was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. A passenger on the bus was transported to Ascension Seton Medical Center, but their injuries were reported to be non-life-threatening.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Police are asking for anyone with information about the incident to contact the vehicular homicide unit at 512-974-8111.
