Fatal Simpsonville, S.C. shooting death of Charles Thomas Swigon II – Obituary.
Authorities in Simpsonville have confirmed that 37-year-old Charles Thomas Swigon II is dead after a shooting incident that left two women, identified as family members, seriously injured. According to Greenville County deputies, the incident unfolded around 8:50 p.m. on North Harrison Bridge Road after a 911 call was placed. Upon arrival, officers found Swigon deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
During the investigation, officials revealed that Swigon had shot both women before turning the gun on himself. Both women were taken to a local hospital where they remain in critical condition, receiving medical treatment.
