Fatal Stonehouse, Plymouth fall death of Jonathon Gatward – Obituary.
Jonathon Gatward, also known as Jonthon Russell-Gatward, tragically died after suffering injuries from a fall in Durnford Street, Plymouth. The 67-year-old was found unresponsive outside his residence at approximately 2:42 AM on September 15.
Emergency services were alerted by a member of the public who discovered Gatward on the pavement, where he was found with severe abdominal and head injuries. Despite immediate medical assistance, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
An inquest has been opened, revealing that the police have determined there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. The medical cause of death is still to be established, and a full inquest will be held at a later date.
