Victor Perez, 57, was tragically killed after being struck by an SUV in Montgomery County, Maryland, on Thursday night. The Montgomery County Police Department reported that the incident occurred on September 26 at approximately 7:21 p.m. at the intersection of E. Franklin Avenue and Seminole Street.
Perez was hit by a 2015 Honda CR-V, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found him critically injured. He was transported to the hospital, where he later passed away due to his injuries.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. The police are continuing their investigation and are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward.
