Fatal Bethel Town, Westmoreland shooting death of Damion Baker – Obituary
Police have confirmed the identities of three of the four men who were shot and killed during a violent attack at a bar in Bethel Town, Westmoreland, on the night of October 1, 2024.
The victims include 41-year-old tiler Damion Baker, Odane Scott, also known as ‘Moses,’ and Rocky Lawrence. The fourth deceased individual has not yet been identified, but police believe he was one of the attackers.
Around 10:20 p.m., gunmen exited a black Fielder motor car and opened fire on the bar patrons. In total, eight people were shot. Baker, Scott, Lawrence, and the unidentified man were pronounced dead at the hospital, while four others remain hospitalized for treatment.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
