Fatal Pettis County crash claims the life of 64-year-old Pamela Holbrook
A tragic single-vehicle accident in Pettis County has resulted in the death of 64-year-old Pamela Holbrook from Columbia, Missouri. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the incident occurred just after 7 p.m. on Monday on Walnut Grove Road, north of Eckles Road.
According to authorities, Holbrook was driving a 2023 Nissan Rogue southbound on Walnut Grove Road when she crossed over the center line, veering off the road. The vehicle’s left rear struck a bridge abutment, causing it to come to rest on its side. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and it remains unclear whether she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
