A 21-year-old man, Ryan Stiver, from Ronks, Pennsylvania, lost his life in a tragic car accident on Saturday, September 28. The Pennsylvania State Police confirmed the crash on Sunday, September 29.
Stiver, identified by Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber, died when his vehicle, a black 2005 Acura TL, crashed in the 400 block of Strasburg Road/Route 741 in Paradise Township. The accident occurred at approximately 8:32 a.m. when Stiver, traveling west, lost control of the car, which went airborne before colliding with a utility pole and flipping several times. The vehicle landed about 60 feet from the pole.
Authorities arrived to find Stiver had died from multiple injuries. His body was taken to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office for further examination to determine the official cause of death. The state police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
