Timoteo Vargas dies in fatal Jurupa Valley, California motorcycle crash
Fatal Jurupa Valley motorcycle crash claims the life of Timoteo Vargas – Obituary.
On Sunday, September 29, 2024, Timoteo Vargas, a 31-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, tragically lost his life in a collision involving his motorcycle and a car on Limonite Avenue. The crash occurred around 7 p.m. between Avenida Juan Bautista and Peralta Place, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Vargas was ejected from his motorcycle upon impact, landing in the center island between the east- and westbound lanes. Despite the quick response from deputies and paramedics, Vargas was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, though authorities suspect that alcohol or drugs may have been contributing factors.
The driver of the vehicle involved was unharmed and has not been arrested. An autopsy for Vargas is pending, and investigators are urging anyone with information to contact the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station.
