Fatal Paterson scooter crash claims the life of Angelvl Javier-Reynos – Obituary
Officials have identified 18-year-old Angelvl Javier-Reynos as the victim killed in a crash involving a motor scooter and a Jeep in Paterson, New Jersey, on Wednesday night. The crash occurred around 7:55 p.m. at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Madison Avenue.
Javier-Reynos was riding a scooter with another 18-year-old male when they collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other rider was taken to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The Jeep’s driver was uninjured and remained at the scene with valid driving credentials.
The incident is still under investigation, and authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office or the Paterson Police Detective Bureau.
