Fatal Davis County crash death of Emma Gordhamer – Obituary.
The Utah Highway Patrol has confirmed the identity of the woman who lost her life on Sunday following a pursuit by troopers. Emma Gordhamer, 25, from Holladay, was involved in an incident where she fled after an attempt-to-locate order was issued. According to UHP, she had traveled from Salt Lake County to Davis County when the pursuit began.
During the chase, her vehicle failed to stop for troopers and took an off-ramp at milepost 332. After she exited, the troopers ended the pursuit, but shortly after, the vehicle crashed and rolled over, resulting in both occupants being ejected from the car. Tragically, Gordhamer was pronounced dead at the scene.
Additionally, her 3-year-old son, who was also ejected, was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
