Robby Pokorny, a 63-year-old resident of Fresno, tragically passed away 11 days after suffering critical injuries in a collision with a van on Clovis Avenue. The incident occurred on September 18, 2024, just before 1 p.m. as Pokorny was crossing the road and was struck by a van traveling north near Saginaw. The driver of the van remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Despite being transported to the hospital for urgent care, Pokorny succumbed to his injuries on September 30.
