Fatal Temple traffic accident death of Robert Groh and Gustavo Rodriguez, Jr. – Obituary.

In a tragic incident in Temple, Texas, authorities have identified the two victims of a deadly traffic collision as 66-year-old Robert Groh from Lorena and 38-year-old Gustavo Rodriguez, Jr. from Belton. The Temple Police Department reported that officers were dispatched to the 21000 block of SE H.K. Dodgen Loop at approximately 4:14 p.m. on September 30, following reports of a head-on crash involving two vehicles.

 

Upon arrival, emergency responders found that one person had been pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was transported to a local hospital, where they were declared dead shortly after arrival by Justice of the Peace Larry Wilkey.

 

The Traffic Unit of the Temple Police Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, which necessitated the closure of the area for several hours.
